00Agreement
This Code of Conduct applies to every member of the Fidusia community.
By participating in any Fidusia service, you agree to follow this Code of Conduct.
01Scope
This Code of Conduct applies to all Fidusia platforms and activities, including every current and future product or service operated by Fidusia.
This policy applies equally to learners, interns, mentors, recruiters, employers, partners, sponsors, volunteers, speakers, judges, employees, community moderators, and visitors.

02Professional Behaviour
We expect every member to:
- Treat everyone with dignity and respect.
- Maintain professional communication.
- Support constructive discussions.
- Respect differing opinions.
- Be honest in all interactions.
- Contribute positively to the community.
03Academic & Professional Integrity
Use of AI tools is permitted where allowed, provided such usage complies with the applicable program rules and does not involve misrepresentation of authorship.
- Do not plagiarize assignments or submissions.
- Do not submit work created entirely by another individual without proper attribution.
- Do not misrepresent certifications, qualifications, or experience.
- Do not falsify internship progress.
- Do not impersonate another individual.
- Do not engage in fraudulent behaviour.
04Respect & Inclusion
Fidusia is committed to providing an inclusive environment for everyone.
Discrimination or harassment based on any protected characteristic or personal attribute will not be tolerated.

05Harassment-Free Community
Harassment in any form may result in immediate removal from the platform.
- Bullying

- Sharing private information without consent
- Encouraging violence or illegal activity
06Privacy & Recording
Please respect the privacy of other members. You must not:
- Record meetings without permission.
- Publish screenshots containing personal information without consent.
- Share private conversations without authorization.
- Capture photographs or videos of individuals who object to being recorded.
07Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the original work you create.
By submitting content to Fidusia - including assignments, portfolios, projects, forum posts, or event submissions - you grant Fidusia a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute such content solely for operating, improving, and promoting the Services.
Fidusia will never claim ownership of your original work.
08Responsible Use of the Platform
Users must not:
- Upload malware or malicious software.
- Attempt unauthorized access.
- Disrupt platform functionality.
- Abuse bugs or vulnerabilities.
- Spam users.
- Create fake accounts.
- Circumvent platform restrictions.
09Internship & Mentorship Conduct
Participants are expected to complete assigned work honestly, meet reasonable deadlines, maintain respectful communication, follow mentor and program guidelines, and respect confidential information shared during programs.
Mentors, recruiters, and employers are likewise expected to maintain professionalism and treat participants respectfully.
10Reporting Violations
If you believe this Code of Conduct has been violated, please report it to us at shivam@fidusia.in.
Reports should include as much relevant information as possible so that we can investigate appropriately. Where appropriate, reports will be handled confidentially.
11Enforcement
Fidusia reserves the right to investigate any reported violation. These actions may be taken without prior notice where necessary to protect the community.
- Issue a warning.
- Remove offending content.
- Restrict community participation.
- Suspend access to specific Services.
- Permanently terminate user accounts.
- Disqualify submissions from events or hackathons.
- Revoke certificates obtained through fraudulent means.
- Notify educational institutions, employers, or relevant authorities where legally required.
- Report unlawful conduct to law enforcement agencies.
12Changes to this Code
We may revise this Code of Conduct from time to time.
The updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
Continued use of Fidusia after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Code.
